ABOUT EVELYN

With a degree from the New York School of Interior Design and F.I.T. for a previous career as a fashion designer, Evelyn really is the whole package. For almost 25 years, her work has been celebrated with public recognition and accolades. Her interiors have been featured in numerous publications including New York Spaces, The Wall Street Journal, HGTV’s hit show Selling New York. and BRAVO’s TV Million Dollar Listing NY.

THE DESIGN

This beautiful room was designed for a couple with two children who live in Westchester, New York. This couple decided to take turns each designing specific rooms in their home, making the process fun! The husband was in charge of the lounge area, while the wife tackled the dining room. While he had no say in the dining room design,

she had no say in the bar lounge. This design transformed a regular living room into a unique Downtown Manhattan inspired bar lounge that quickly became the hot spot for the neighborhood to hang out and have a drink. This close community loves to gather in this space, especially in the summer when the doors swing open onto the beautiful terrace.

WORKING WITH BESPOKE

One reason Evelyn loves to work with Bespoke By LG is because her clients are able to go and sit on the chairs before they are custom made to ensure they are created to their specifications. Bespoke also provides 3D renderings that make it easier to understand where everything will be placed. “That is why I gravitate towards him, it’s a wonderful way for the client to truly understand how things will fit and what works in the space.”
